The Highcom SA3100 Concealable Soft Armor Vest is an NIJ 0101.06 Certified, high performing and cost effective Level IIIA Soft Armor Solution.
Engineered with a proprietary hybrid solution of woven and unidirectional protective materials, the SA3100 utilizes Twaron Aramid Fibers in its construction to give it unmatched reliable protection.
COMES WITH FRONT AND BACK PANELS
The SA3100 is Multi Hit rated for up to .44 Magnum, .357 Magnum, 9mm +P+, 5.7x28mm SS195/SS197 and US military explosive fragmentation threats.
In addition to the NIJ 0101.06 Level IIIA certification, the SA3100 is also tested to FBI and DEA special threat standards.This means it is rated to withstand 9mm +P+ contact shots (muzzle pressed against the armor). Many soft armor vests on the market cannot withstand contact shots, hence this special testing requirement by the FBI.
The Highcom SA3100 soft armor vest is an excellent concealable vest that can disappear under garments, while providing excellent Level IIIA and special test performance.
The included Highcom Trooper Concealable vest uses a lightweight and durable cordura fabric with a high performance microfiber moisture wicking anti microbial mesh liner.
The Highcom Trooper Concealable vest also features a fully adjustable suspension system with adjustable shoulder straps and adjustable cummerbund straps.
The Highcom SA3100 Concealable vest is able to provide excellent concealment and can easily disappear underneath a button up shirt or your issued uniform shirt.

Been wearing this vest for about a month now, 8 hour shifts 5 days a week for armed private security. This carrier is really comfortable and has a lot of adjustment room. The sizing chart is perfect as well, I didn't feel like this was too big or too small, just right. The carrier is actually made of some kind of mesh material that makes it a lot more comfortable than regular Cordura fabric.
